    "I don’t appreciate the fact that I paid in advance for a two bed room and I get there and I have a queen sized bed and a sofa bed. And I am supposed to be okay with it because the upgrade was free. Then the maid was trying to get in our room and because my friend wouldn’t let her in the front desk called up asking us are we okay because they heard we were sick. Like what? Overall the stay was amazing as usual. And we do this every year this one bad trip isn’t going to change that. Love this..."
